Are pants trousers? I don\'t wear gruds anyway, just trousers. But I wear shorts or trackies in the house. No socks. Or shoes. That\'s just ridiculous.

I consulted with my husband about this topic, since he is very emphatically pants off at home whenever possible. (I\'m pants on, but comfy pants for at home. I get cold, otherwise.) He mentioned that the whole pants off ASAP thing was only something he\'d been doing the past six or seven years. We both theorized that the growth of a bit of a pot belly in that time might be the reason he\'s become disenchanted with pants...

So it\'s possible that the poll needs to be more specific for the male answers, breaking guys into older than 35/younger than 35 or some such. ;)

I\'m of the pants off type (God that sounds wrong :p) because I go to work in a suit and need, when I come home, to really feel like work is over. But I do keep on the boxers ;).

I actually had to think about this lol

When I have to get dressed up, the first thing i do when i get home is change into \"boxers\" (girl sleepshorts) and a baggy shirt.

if I\'m just going to school or whatever i still come home and change, but its not immediatly after walking in the door.

so i guess that classifies me as a \'come home = pants off\" kind of person
:innocent:

Much of a chagrin to my spouse, I am a pants off kind of guy. My wife does run around the house naked during the summer a lot. It helps to keep my spirits up.

When I was living in a tent it was pants off, shorts on in the summer and sweats on in the winter. Now its pants off in the hooch, until someone knocks and its shorts on time.

Given the state of heating in my current abode and that winter is coming in then my answer is...

Trousers on.
Jumper on.
Coat on.
Wear a scarf.
Balaclava on.
Hot water bottle clutched firmly.
