I am a carnivore!

Give me LAMB! Roast lamb, lamb chops, lamb burgers, kebabs, just lamb.....

Actually my fave is a leg of lamb on the BBQ with garlic and rosemary pushed into it. Absolutley gorgeous with a nice glass of plonk of your choice.......

Will try most other meats - ostrich was quite nice, very strong flavour. Bit like someone else mentioned though, I don\'t like my dinner to be looking at me, so fish tends to be filleted for me.

As to dislikes, its not so much the flavour but the texture of mushrooms that I can\'t stand, and for some reason I don\'t mind cooked plum tomatoes but not regular salad or cherry tomatoes of any kind :|~

Steak, Thick Juicy, Medium Rare, Ahhh nothing better. I am also fond of Cherry pie and Chocolate. Goat is pretty good, And Camel, had the chance for Camel Steak about 14 years ago, was actually pretty good, different from beef but good.

My least Favorite things That I will NEVER Eat Again!
Split pea soup :|~
Cow Tongue:|~:|~:|~
and Cow Heart:|~:|~:|~
These were the things my mom forced me to eat as a child,:flame:
Still not talking to her!

I fogot to mention another fave of mine - a decent haggis with mash potato and a good dose of worcester sauce on it.

As to heart, I don\'t mind stuffed hearts that I had as a kid, but they took a fair bit of cooking.

Gah, Cow tongue :|~:|~:~(
I\'ve got bad memories of that, we were storing one in our freezer for my uncle. And mom had just baked a chocolate cake and put it in the freezer for two days.
When she pulled it out, everything on/in the cake tasted like cow tongue !

And then there is In \'N Out burgers. If you ever get a chance to try them (they are only in Southern California, I think) it\'s worth every penny. It\'s even worth the trip out here!

Have to agree with Warworks on this one. I was just in San Fran on Thursday and hit the In&Out on Fisherman\'s wharf. It was a damn fine burger...

But while I was on the west coast I had two of my all time favorites Coconut fried prawns (BIG shrimp) and fresh fried calamari (Squid). I had some of the best calamari I\'ve ever had in my life in a little resturant called the Half Moon Bay Brewing Company. Not to mention some tasty micro-brew beers as well.... :D:bouncy:;)

Dawn, now I\'ve made my self hungry again. Oh good, it\'s time for lunch!

Cheers,
Grumb
