well summer holidays is coming up which means i'll have less time to paint, but on the positive side means at the end of it i'll hopefully have a bit of extra cash to buy something more extravagant, so maybe then i can get something, and there may be more models released by then too, must say i am enjoying the larger scale models (working on one right now) thanks for the advice maxxxxx and DR

oh and the manchild in me wishes i could have got these:

Also wish i could get my hands on a copy of the beautiful hush by chris clayton... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i-HU_sbZgW4
I can totally understand that. Too bad the 2nd edition (basically 2nd batch of 50 busts) was never made.

on a related note: while not a white whale as it is still available and not LE I'd really like to have the "mother of dragons" from nuts planet, a few busts/ figures from pegaso and Luna from nocturna (atm it's sold out everywhere).
BUT I promised that I make a small (about 4-5 ships) napoleonic fleet based on Rod Langton minis and go full photoetched sails and all when I have the new contract in my hand.

that big bonnier piece was a limited run of 50x. i was actually offered to buy one but turned it down, kind of sucks but not like i ever was going to paint it anyway.

about the rhinotauros, it was never released from Figone, but a private casting of a few x by carrasco himself, thik it was 30 copies or so. ive never understood why he never realeased it somewhere.

as for a miniature i crave ... i just bought the cmon limited undead king ive been seraching for ages, yeeeeey

right now im really not searching anything, except maybe some suitable goblins/grots to put on my tanks :)

That Lich King has your name all over it Skel. Can't wait to see that.

That at unreleased Ogre from FW was being sold I thought in the Trading Post here on CMoN. Maybe by Sparks but not entirely sure. Swear someone had it cause I looked it up...

I have two. First is Arkvenger from Pegaso Models:

Second, Yodleur des Cascades from JMD. I thought I found it once, but when I tried to order it I got an email from the site saying it was actually out of stock and they forgot to update their page. Now it appears JMD no longer exists. HonourGuard's ridiculously amazing version.

What I'm enjoying seeing is the variety of choices and taste we all have. Personally, I would have assumed Ilyad barbarians would be on everyone's list, as they have that 'reputation', but like BFoK, it's so interesting to see what we all like/chase. Keep them coming CMONer's

Oh boy, let's dig through the bookmarks...

PKking:

I could feasibly afford this guy, technically, but can't really justify it at the moment:

And Hush. Because of course.

My list would be the following

#1 Any paladin or knight from Ilyad, especially the Archangel (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...lOfJustice.jpg) and Prince Parsifal.

#2 Al-Vianna from Studio McVey (https://www.coolminiornot.com/shop/media/catalog/product/s/m/smcv014_1.jpg)

#3 Lillith from Nocturna… that model would be the last angel model I would ever have to buy… so beautiful… (http://nocturnamodels.com/product.php?id_product=71)

#4 Scale 75 Fantasy Dwarf http://www.zbrushcentral.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=395378

I'm an eBay hound, so I get a lot that I want. But there are a few things that just never go at a price I can justify paying for a single mini.

Here are a few of them:

The bottom one sells at Forge world right now for very cheap, and always has. It is neither hard to get nor expensive at 32 GBP for 3 very well sculpted minis. Been considering them for a while now.

PKKing's stuff is something, isn't it Sionid? There's a guy in CMoN...can't seem to remember his name right now but he does PK's kits and quite a few others to an ungodly level. I'll update this once I remember him, but looking at his gallery will introduce you to similarly styled figures.

Yeah, sivousplay's work is where I first saw PKking's stuff! I remember it well, realizing how utterly gorgeous and way-out-of-my-budget those kits can be. Sigh. I'll get one one day.
