My C'tan did not arrived today, well the guy FedEX left the noticed and did not ring the bell MOFO, my wife and dog where here so there's not way he rang the bell, he wanted to finish the week fast I guess, scum. So not until Monday (now I have to waste 2 hours of my time to pick it up because this douche saved 5 min) so I am thinking, got a lot of job to do on golden boy so... Bye bye July contest I am in full CB mode now.

I think you could still pull it off. The July contest is just for fun anyway. Maybe try a new speed paint technique or a new style you haven't before on the c'tan. That way there is no pressure

I made a start on the skull. primed, masked, basecoated (that pic is very washed out i swear there is contrast). then i did some lazy assed color sketches and tests. i like the rainbow tears one the best. probably going to roll with a variation of that one. Also knock out 2 imperial patrol men for The Agent of Chaos during my lunch break. Picsis kinda bad cause the matte coat was still drying...

I vote for top left also. It seems more toward to stereo typical little lady agent of chaos in its girlyness. I can hear your brainwaves-yes you should do my little pony on it also...
the bottom left seems closer to traditional but with less flowers.
The ones on the right seem more toward something youd give involved with a bromance *wink wink*

Thanks all, looks like some combo of the first and last. Moe I got little miss smiley (mouse or cat girl from legendarion) today. She's about the same size as the figone busts and comes in multiple parts. So maybe somewhere in the 1/10 - 1/9 scale?

No more than about 6. Its like a really simple garage kit (but with less flash bubbles) and more intuitive And no they aren't all pieces of hair

Increased the shading on the skull a touch and took better pics. Also started to test patterns on some quick sketches that are at a more similar scale to the skull to work shit out

Thanks! I'm gonna drop the volcano on the back and the tulips and just go with heart eyelashes, leo sign, rainbow tears, tribal swirls & dots and peach blossoms growing everywhere to keep the pallet more refined and striking. One more test and then onto.... vacation Then I'll dive in, I swear
