Dang, you have been busy! Sorry 'bout the sinus infection D: I get one about once a year and they suuuck.

That game is gonna look so good. And the base for Harley is AWESOME.

Thanks! Yeah this one took about 3 weeks to clear out. I was almost deaf in one ear it was so plugged. Which was kind of nice for sleeping - for once i couldn't the birds chirping at asscrack of dawn :p Harely is sooooooooooooooooooo petite and her pose is nice, but I needed to convey that she had just finished doing something crazy or it was going to be a boring piece. This should be quick and fun since she is so small. Also, here is a few desktop shots of the final DJ vignette:

It became shockingly frustrating and I'm just glad to have it behind me so to pull it out of smashy smashy territory i just played with a few new techniques and used it as a learning piece. I still kinda want to go all Cassar on it though :p Maybe after i take and review the display pics. I think i just need some distance from it really.

The interaction between the two figures is dynamic and engaging. I'm sorry that you got frustrated with it, but glad you avoided deploying "hammer rage". And that plinth is just great! Do you make your own?

Its ok Oist, we all do. Thats why he is painting her next, to lure more people to his wip and blog...foolish sheepies.
Zab goes without saying everything is amazing. I want to come up and play that game now.

Looks great, Zab. I like the little bit of checkerboard on the death jester, adds a nice bit of color. The posing with the marine tells a great story. And of course the plinth for this one is awesome.

Thanks, the funny part is that the checks go all over the interior of the cloak, you know, where you can't see them? ARRRRRGH! :rotfl:

I too find clowns disturbing, but strangely enough Harley has never worried me. I think it's because she's embraced her psychosis instead of pretending to be child friendly and good with balloon animals.

But the important thing is that *you* know the check is there. And if you're anything like me it would've bugged you if you hadn't done it.

Yep looks great! The downed space marine steals the show for me I love his pose. Would love to see this one in person with the shurikens and every thing I bet it's going to look pretty sweet in the display case.
