Hey now, I never said she was painting it only that she was tired of them. I for one can't get enough butterflies and rainbows and ponies XD Besides, don't you think that ironstrider is just crying out for a super cute MLP paint job?

Nice work on that bust, the eyes are phenomenal! You did such a good job differentiating textures. More busts! MORE BUSTS!

Thank you so much! Oh i have many many many busts and I have to say they really appeal to me now having Harely and Leia under my belt :)

No sweat, those ladies are up next. I am thinking of trying to use hatching/cross hatching with some micron pens to see if i can get a kind of illustrated feel to the whole piece o_O I'll use traditional methods to take it most of the way and then decide at the end if i'm gonna do it or chicken out...

So not dead, just busy at work. Got folded into union, now relearning to edit on AVID and became a Union steward o_O Started work on my minis for the NOCF auctions though. Gonna try to paint 4 minis in 4 months to display standard for them to auction off. Here are the first 3 ready for priming:

Well I paint 'em up and then I ship them off and they put them out for people to bid on. Not sure how much they'll get, but I tried to pick minis that are bigger in the gaming meta right now. So GW, WoK and Malifaux should cover the spread ;) Usually I help out with the 40K army raffle each year, but this year I have less time so I can't do entire squads. Dave Taylor mentioned that last year Roman's minis got less than Angel's because they are mainly a gaming crowd so, simple gaming bases get more bids than busts or minis on display plinths. Saves me time and effort so I am all for it!

Great to see you back bud. Not sure what you meant about your job but I hope things are good. Can't wait to see you progress on these. Love the basing.
