I like the hair! In fact I like the entire model :)
I guess you could add some darker shade to the recesses of the hair, that might just make it look even brighter :D
But from the various artworks of Sisters I see floating around on pinterest, the hair is supposed to be bright white, not?

I agree with gorb about the hair. It looks exactly like the hair of a Sister of Battle should....in my mind at least. A whitish blonde is very fitting.

Really nice job on the Sister! I also think the hair looks good. I Can't tell from the picture, but maybe a touch of subtle blue glazing might make the hair look a tad better at least in the shadow parts of the hair

While the hair is very good, the skin tones are incredibly lifelike as well. Of course, the armor is top-notch too. Love what you're doing with this lady, Zero. I'll be looking forward to seeing and voting on the final product in your gallery in the near future :)

I really like the Sister, and you did a magnificent job on her base (the one that comes with it). Great idea for the display base though. Good luck at the Everchosen comp
