It really disheartens me to have to write a post of complaint concerning CMON when I like the site and the success it has had and the excellent community here.
I supported the Season 2 Zombicide Kickstarter, was really impressed with the game and all its goodies but have had a couple of problems with the order. First off I moved house. Got an email reminder to confirm address details were correct before final shipment of the last couple of extra goodies. Did this immediately, got told the email only applied to people in the US and it was too late for EU customers to update. After a few complaints and an apology I expected a problem recieving the package. Now here is an example of good customer service before I launch into the negative....It arrived at my new address despite being told they could do nothing - EXCELLENT service! Thank you who ever did that.
Now however the BAD. I ordered two extras - Moustache Pack (Kickstarter exclusive) and a Kevin Walker Artist Pack. $35 worth of stuff. These did NOT arrive. I contacted CMON customer service, received a prompt reply saying, YES my account showed a negative $35 and if I send my Paypal they can refund it straight away. Fast resoltuion but NOT the answer I wanted. I want the things I pledged for. So after MUCH back and forth emailing and despite showing a screenshot from my Kickstarter account clearly showing I ordered the moustache pack I am receiving no joy on the matter. Still waiting for a final response for about a week now.
So this rant is designed as a warning for those pledging for Season 3 ZOMBICIDE - things can go wrong and you may not receive your stuff. Even if you can prove it.
Not impressed with this disaster and it will be putting me off ordering any CMON games in the forseeable future. I am VERY disappointed I have had to write this rant. I would like to see CMON step up its customer service. EVEN Games Workshop offer replacement products without any kind of quibble if you have had a poor quality product.
