a couple things. I really like the regular torso with the terminator bits, it makes him look better proportioned. Your gems are pretty good also, and I do like the facial conversion. Now for the criticism. Don't hilight every edge, and don't just jump to highlights (my early mistake). Your blending on the bolter and on the bone looks good, apply it to other areas. your GS work looks a bit chunky, like on the back of the head and the like. Also, the 'empty' parts on the bottles shouldn't be white, as they're on a black or metallic background (the marine). Try for a grey, with a central, vertical highlight of white. Overall I see something resembling my older work, so keep it up. You've talent, just keep practicing. Oh, and the base looks pretty darn nice. I'm really liking the ruined industrial look, fits well with Iron Hands.
