This is the Warcaster from the Cygnar starter box and is the color test for the rest of the army to follow.
All paints are Reaper MSP and FW inks. There is a subtle fabric weave painted on the tabbard and it is based on Terran Khaki and Polished Bone. The blue trim is Indigo Sky. The armor is Antique Gold and Shadowed Steel with layers of inks and New Gold and Polished Silver highlights.
The lenses for the goggles are drops of 5-minute epoxy with blue ink as a tint.
