It looks like she is casting a spell that will summon a great storm. I like the churning water effect. The purple hair is nice too.

Nice colour scheme! I like the effect on the hair, nice shimmering effect. Good job with the blue eyes too! Good job with the nmm, but the sword hilt looks a little off - it's hard to get right, lots of surfaces. The blending on the blue cloak looks a little rough, or maybe it's the picture, but it's very prominent as it's a large surface.
