This model still exists, but needs new arms. It was painted in the intended color scheme. Everything about it just felt... "right" to me. I loved it. Everything of mine is WIP

Nice looking simple conversion, can't wait to see it painted... and its your army you can make whatever background you want, don't worry about wat other people think, providing you are happy and enjoy it. its kind of like they are a crusading chapter with no fixed homeworld hence they recruit where they can... good luck

I hardly get much of a chance to use our camera. And I happen to have developed a lot more interests than 40k since a year ago. But if all I'm going to get here is negative comments largely criticizing the decision to make a Vostroyan SM chapter, then I don't see any reason to post anything here. And I'm serious about making them Vostroyans. As for mold lines, I certainly can't see any. I'm not proud of being a 40k fan. They all seem to be so predjudiced. I only collect models occasionally, convert them and try to paint them someday anyway. In any case, I'm going to take some of your advice. I'm planning on using magnets on most of my models so they can swap weapons, too. I'll paint it sometime, and maybe put it on DA or something. But the chapter's homeworld is the most important thing and will stay the same. The Firstborn are already cool enough without power armor, so imagine if they sent their finest to train as SMs? Besides, it's not JUST Vostroya. They train and recruit on nearby worlds and even Necromunda as well. But whatever. If this idea ever takes off, I won't show it here.

I know what that's like. I still think he is part of an entirely new chapter founded from the Vostroyans. I don't know whether the right to say that Vostroya could possibly produce a SM chapter, is going to be taken away from me by a puff of logic, but anything's possible. I don't think that this website is a great place for my models, since they are so rarely painted. I might go somewhere else instead where they let you post WIP. I already have a Deviantart account.
