Hey, That's Probably the Best Preheresy Dread I've ever seen, Seems to somehow add to the concept if that makes sense.
Can I ask, did you take any pictures durig the conversion? I'd be very intrested to see how you got to this.

Wonderful, i like it.
A couple of things though:
.) The barrels of the Lascans show rifts from glueing, please fill that up.
.) The winged Sword icons are way to thick, they look like magnetic pins usually put on refrigerators. File them to half their thickness and they´ll look great. Also weather them down a bit, to fit in with the rest of the piece.
.) Do something to the base, this is what makes the difference between good and awesome.
Otherwise, outstanding idea.
