I don't think it looks very nurglised. The green stuff looks more like seaweed. Try some fleshy tubes to break the skin up a bit.

interesting, I am going to guess that those are greenstuff skin and stuff, so i would say you just need more blending and detail in your painting of the fleshy bits but otherwise i dont see why it shouldn't get a 6.5 - 7
