Always striking my heart for eldar, i like this one. This colour-scheme is well done. The base is great. The On-Screen-Light on the weapon is effective and works fine. The only critic I have is the reddish tone one the staff, which becomes rose when diluted with white. Maybe you can use a yellow undercoat to avoid this, except this was your intention in the first place. The backpoles on the back can be more subtle, the transitions are really rough.
