Nice work on the skin tone. Is that a yellow (Iyanden?) base with a couple of green washes or something a little more sophisticated? Either way, it looks great.
Very good, especially as you are so new. however i think that the metals could use a little work, the sword particularly, maybe a darker wash and a lighter hilight would help...
