Butterfly

Hi. This one is a long time project of mine. 28 mm. A sharpshooter from Helldorado sitting in a dead harbour of a dead city, waiting for the right moment to take the shoot. The moment did not come yet but there is a butterfly bringing peace to him... Hope you like it! The base is scratchbuild from Hirst-Art Parts. A tutorial about it can be found here: http://massivevoodoo.blogspot.com/2009/09/tutorial-using-hirst-arts-gypsum-parts.html I want to say thanks to everyone who helped me with this project. It won a Fantasy Master Gold in this years Duke of Bavaria in Ingolstadt. The butterfly is from the animal set of the company "Busch" and its very tiny... Pictures are not the best, but better as i expected. Feel free to comment this moment of peace and silence. __________ Here you can find a 360° video of the miniature, got to watch it in HD. I guess it shows more of the natural impression of the model and base: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lKw74PkJbi0 Keep on happy painting! Regards Roman
