The paintjob is great! What knocks it down for me are some little things that are very bothersome. The psychic power effect does not need to attach to Tigurius's hand at all and yet you have left bare rod there, not only that it is emerging from his wrist and that looks weird. The banner and clothing have huge potential for freehand and nothing has been done about it and the back of the banner is bare and really needs something on it. Otherwise, that thing is fabulous, I would be proud to turn something out with that high a quality.
