@ COG -- Ah, the lights - thanks, I'll get some pigment on those ASAP!
@ mikesminis -- those lights are indeed on. I used one of the lighting rigs from PoweredPlay.net and they're wonderful! The groundwork was created with crackle paint. Just that. Lots of layers of varying thicknesses to get the look I wanted. Then airbrushed and pigmented.
