I think the blue bits really pop the purple, and the purple is really good! I would give this a 10, but I am not sure on two things; I am not sure how I feel about the gloves being blue and I am not sure with all of the details if a plain cloak is better over a detailed cloak. They are not errors on your part, just appeal on my part. Eye of the beholder and all of that jazz.
I just don't know if purple or black gloves with the straps being blue would look better or not. Same goes with the cloak... if you would add details would it be to cluttered and take the eye from the sculpt or would it fit the theme of the sculpt and of what the character represents? I am just trying to picture it with gold or white scroll work that I have seen you do on other figs and I honestly just can't decide. I almost wish I could see you do a second one and compare the two.
