Gutrot Spume
I've gotten back into painting Warhammer this past year or so, 18 years after I first did it as a kid. This is only the fourth mini I've managed to finish. I painted it over the space of 5 days for a competition at my local GW store. Unfortunately I had to rush a lot towards the end but it's by far the best thing I've ever managed to complete. It's also the first time I've attempted to make my own base/plinth. Some things I might improve upon are the weapon (referenced the box art but it's a bit boring) and the flesh. The flesh on the boxart was too pink for my tastes, I attempted to go for blue shadows to give it a sickly feel but I'm not entirely happy with the result.
