Looks fantastic! From what I can tell you have smooth highlights and good contrast. What I'd say you could improve on is what I struggle with myself: those final sharp and close to white edge highlights. After working on getting smooth blends it's a big step out of one's comfort zone. But some really bright and thin highlights on the blue scales would be a huge improvement. It's really a matter of adding definition and texture to the miniature. So far you have done a perfect job of colouring the model, but the GW plastic can only have details down to a certain level and a good paintjob should add to that. You have already done some of this with the thin scratches on the metals and the spots on the belly, now expand those bold highlights to the rest of the model with bright scratches on the scales, handle and base.

Your painting skills are looking very impressive. I think you're overwhelming the simple scene with too many (and too strong) colors, though. Taken individually, though, the pieces are very nice. 8.5.
