Quite a decent conversion but you must work a bit on your cloth-sculpting abilities. Painting... Ok, the only things I see you can easily improve are the robes (lighter colour - but maybe that's connected simply to the clumsy sculpt) and metallics - put more highlights on them, don't be afraid of Mithril Silver edges!
