It is most likely supposed to be the ultramarine symbol.
ANYWAYS, if you put a gloss clearcoat over where you plan to put a decal, the decal will not silver like it has in the image. Apply microsol if the surface is textured, then when dry, cover with a dullcoat.
That should help you with your decals.
You get a 5 because the paintjob is a 6, the decal brings it down a point.
