Sand Elementals
Painted in November 2002 from the now dead Crucible line. I painted a few lines to give a sandstone appearance, but I'm not sure how well it worked. They're not super exciting miniatures, and therefore it's probably a 3 hour paintjob with half of the time from the base. I love elemental figures, so that's why I picked them up. I painted them while I needed a break from the two figures I did for the third Female Miniature Challenge. I have two more of these figures unpainted -- any ideas on how to make this look more like sand?
