Dude, not bad but try adding a flesh wash over the face it will make it look more blended and natural

When painting blonde hair, try to avoid using yellow. (doubly so if you're going to have it next to something green).

Try to make your transitions from one color to another more fluent and try to look at what is natural because the shadow on top of the head is not natural. Nice effort though
