Dark angels librarian conversion.
Decided to have a play with the back pack and sort of mirror the psychic hood giving this guy more presence.. Also made a flapping page for the book and tilted the weapon forward as well as added some of Dragon Forge Designs Pewter cables to add a bit of life to the model. Itried a few things with the paint as well. Most notably the glow within the psychic hood illuminating his face..Took this idea from the Adrian Smith artwork of Horus and I'm really happy with how it turned out... Also used Grey and rotting flesh to highlight the blue to get a flatter lue finish to the armour as well as directionally highlighting the armour something I am gonna keep refining.. The lava base was just something I couldn't resist I just like the look.. Anyways any comments or suggestions welcome as always.
