I really like the highlighting on the evil sunz glyph, but I'm not quite as keen on the metal - it's nice but a little flat. I reckon either a little bit more highlighting (an extra brush over of silver maybe) or a little more shading (eg a mix of brown and black ink, diluted and brushed into the crevices). Also, while it's nicely done, the yellow tassle doesn't fit in style with the rest of the mini - it's very bright while the mini has a dirty weathered look. One last thing - I think you could save your pic at a slightly higher quality/lower compression, as there's a little bit of pixelly mess around the edges and in a few places. Overall the pic is quite sharp though, just a little bit dark (have a play with the balance in something like Gimp or Photoshop)
I like this miniature. The painting and shading on the skin tones are very well done and the armour has a "dirty" look...who needs non metallic meatallics when you can get armour this well painted. Can,t wait to see the rest of your Ork army (hee hee hee) ;)
