The highlights look good for the skirt and the cloak. I like both sides of the shield. The spearhead is decent. The face looks like it could use a little more work, but hard to tell due to bad lighting. Next time try using 2 light sources.

Terrible lighting I am afraid, but the color scheme looks very nice, and your freehand on the shield is cool! Oh for a better pic :( - Glyn
