Not bad.. just be a bit more careful in a few areas. The drybrushing on the tail and the crest of the rider's helm has a few missing spots; the freehand design on the shield has a few transparent spots and is slightly tilted; the division between the green harness and the horse's body could be a bit cleaner; the horse is bug-eyed - only leave a tiny crescent of white for a horse. I think I can see a subtle colour transition on the shield from top to bottom, which is good, although some choose to exaggerate the highlighting for photography.
The only reason I commented, is the date the picture is taken, which is 14th October 20** (Possibly 2003), but the picture is submitted 1 day before the picture was taken (13th October 2003). After long investigations, I have noticed that the date of your camera is wrong :)
