This is my first attempt at NMM chrome effect on the helmet. Advice, comments, constructive criticism would be most welcome.

The helmet is very good NMM are hard to do and SENMM I think is even harder. Just trying is a bold step and you have done a good job on it (real good) it looks like it may actually reflect on those parts i.e. the horizon in the wright place. Now for the bad bit, the rest of the modle is way behind and overall lets the piece down. As already said try thinner panit a drop of water will do and if needed add another layer, youll find it covers a lot smother. I would give a 7+ for the head but the rest is TT sandard. Also tidy the base up a bit. I do really like the hemet though good job.

I hope this doesn't sound harsh. You need to work on your shading and highlighting skills before you try and do NMM (and I can't do NMM either).

I get a sense of the chrome - however your transitions are a bit harsh. I would probably recommend smoother color transitions and thinner paint. Cheers.
