well, the paintjob is actually well done, but it includes; green, yellow, greenish yellow, purple, red black gold and blue... which makes it looks like its trying to be a harlequin. I'd say keep it simpler and dont try to bland so much.
Nice green and gems, very nice, but you're still drybrushing in some areas and it looks bad compared to the green. Agree with the comments about the hands.
