Well, technically she's a "teenaged vampire hunter" from Ground Zero Games. :-) The gloss on her legs is intentional, I based the outfit on a Season 4 (I think) episide and was trying to get the leather pants look. It worked, sort of...

I've checked out GZG on the web. They have quite a few "unofficial" movie and TV character minis, but the quality is not the best. They do have a few nice ones though. I'd say this is mid to lower range of their stuff. Very well painted, especially the face, but she looks more like Hillary Clinton than Sarah Michelle Gellar.

A bit bowlegged. All in all, not the greatest sculpt actually, except the face is A: Pretty decent, or B: saved by the paintjob.

I agree, the sculpt isn't all that hot, but it was Buffy (or a close approximation) so I bought it anyway. It's a bit difficult to see clearly in the photo, but at least her face is well done (it actually does look like her, unlike the rest of her body).
