It's a solid 5.5 due to the painting, i'ts not a 6 but does have some features that push it beyond a 5. I like the way the decal turned out but that transvestite model is freaking me out. Come on, tell me that's not an Adam's Apple!
Take heart that the low score is not a judgement of your painting. And the experiment seems to have worked. However, this is one ugly model. Her head is almost as big as her torso. And those arms are at least as long as her legs.
