Lightning
a Superhero from Lance and Laser. This was my first real attempt at blending. I used a mixture of paint (Ral Partha mostly) with Liquitex extender and gloss medium. This slowed the drying time enough to blend nicely. It still took WAY too long though! I covered the whole thing with over a dozen coats, moving from dark to light and from light to dark before I got to a good stopping point.
