This is a very old Citadel miniature from the Fantasy Specials line. I replaced his gnarled walking stick with a sword for a one-shot NPC in a campaign. Not really worth it in the long run but it was fun at the time. I'm a little disappointed with the sword hand, I didn't use any greenstuff, just hacked away at the lead.
