This was built from a Man'O'War dwarven balloon, a bucket and some wire. The water on the base was sculpted from greenstuff. The whole thing is just over an inch tall.

Very nice little model. The white of the balloon looks almost entirely unshaded. Maybe darkline the balloon supports for even more contrast?
