faeries from Mice and Mystics game
The wings on these were tricky because the veins (which are supposed to be dark) were raised, and the membrane of the wings (the brighter part) was lighter, so normal shading did not do the right thing. I ended up washing with white, and then going over the veins with brown, the opposite of normal highlighting. Feedback / critiques welcome! What do you think is the right way to do the wings?
