i do agree with the others. tone down the white a bit. personaly when i paint skellatons i go chaos black - scorched brown - graveyard earth - bleached bone. i know this sounds long but i like how it comes out. you could leave out the scorched browm and it mwould still look okay. and do something with the base.
The painting can be improved, but the idea is really cool. A pity those GW arrows look like fence posts.
Anyway, that's the Undead army spirit. Conversions, conversions and more... er... conversions. Death is not symmetrical.
