Blacksmith from Townsfolk 2

One of the townsfolk miniatures from Reaper. I did the skin for the miniature months before I finished the rest of the figure in May, 2004. I'm guessing that it took around 7 hours total if you don't include the time it sat on my painting desk gathering dust and cat hair.

the grass does make sense considering he has his anvil on a tree stub....

The grass, while not very realistic for a smithy, gives the mini a little variety.

Very nice skin, and the dirty apron is quite fitting if only the base had some metal scraps instead of grass 7.5
