First, congratulations on your first posting. I thought you might like some comments so here goes:
I like the dirt effect you've put on the bottom of the cloak and that your painting is neat & tidy.
There are a few things which will improve the overall look and quite easily improve the scores it receives.
The silver sword could benefit from some brown ink where the runes meet the blade and the black of the handle would look a lot better if it was highlighted, try adding space wolf grey to black for this.
The headgear would also look better if there was darker shading in the crevices, this will help to bring out the highlights, the same ink can be used for this.
The flesh (mainly the hands) needs more depth, ie the gaps between the fingers.
The gems are nicely done, except they're upside down. A good, easy way to make them look right is as follows:
Paint the whole gem black, paint the bottom third (diagonally speeking) in a deep red, paint half of that section with a lighter red (add yellow/orange to red to lighten it, not white or it will go pink) then place a small white dot in the opposite 'corner'. All done!
Finally, gold/copper isn't really a good colour for a sword, it's better to stick with silver colours.
Hope none of that seems harsh in anyway, those were the things that prevented me giving you a 7 :)
