Nasteez Bugbears (Bugbearess, bugbear with crossbow)
Two more for a painting contest I did in September, 2004. Skin was painted with an airbrush as with #69609. These are from a line called Nasteez, and I got them because it's a female bugbear and one of the only ranged bugbears that I've been able to find.
