Knowing you are using enamels that is impressive. I would also sugest using acrylics, GW or Valejo are both very good. Once again try a flat finish to avoid the glare in the photo.
Don't use enamels, use acrylics.
The mini is too glossy, use a matte varnish to reduce it.
Finally, you have to work your pics, this one is too blurry.
