very solid table top quality. Your brush control looks good, there are no mistakes that I can see. Looks like it has a gloss finish, which apears to be producing a glare in your photo. From here I would look into adding highlighting and shading. Mabye try some ink washes on the metal parts to give them a dirty look, I like to mix brown in with black and use that to wash steel to give it a dirty effect. There are some great articles here that make trying out new techniques much easier if you need ideas.

I think this is very table top quality. It is neatly painted and the jewlery has been highlighted. A dark green ink would help bring out and define the areas like his fingers and his crest as well as the muscles.

A better photo would be a good start. You should try a green wash to give it some shading and maybee some patterning like spots to break up the solid green.
