We have progress! Slightly set back by the old domestic front, but have no fear. The black needs tweeked but it's mostly done, haven't bothered working too hard on the back since you won't be able to see any of it with the cape being there. Spent most of today doing the metallics since that's a hefty part of the armour! Nice and smooth, Tommie, don't worry!

We have progression. Still so much to bloody do *sigh* I decided to purposely make the talon look like it's a different piece of armour...because it is, so there. Painted in the Sons of Horus colours. It did turn out mostly bleached out in the pic though. Ho hum...

I wish i'd had the wherewithal to the drill those bastards out before I converted it Skelly. It still f*cks me off a tad.All this wedding business and missing the missus, and her woes has left me a bit head up arse and brain in neutral! I can see myself doing it anyway and destroying the thrice pinned and reinforced stuff anyway. First time the arm pit joins came of because I played silly buggers and somehow let oil get behind the ACTUall surface I was sculpting on...He won't be too surprised if it's not drilled out though, in fact he'll unwittingly create a twin linked blunderbuss. I call that progress for close quarters combat!

Yah, keeping the stock exchange up and running is a ruthless job! As with most merchant Bank IT jobs, the biggest challenge is handling the ineptitude/non-communication of other teams and departments. You should see the amount of broken souls I leave in my wake on a heavy day. I hear the 'Once upon a time in the West' harmonica a lot when ringing up ostrich-mentality people or when preparing a carefully balanced, diplomatically correct, but slightly sarcastic email to get things moving.
