I think you need to up the presentation quality if you want your score to raise higher than that. I bit glossy which compete a lot for attention with the highlights you did, use a light diffuser if you dont already, a slight top-down angle helps a lot with many models, it would with this one, maybe underexposed which will be easier to tell without the glare, and the white balance might be off cause all the colors seem yellowish, also the BG need to be more neutral.
Good news is all these issues should be fixable with average cameras and little material, although a real light box is an investment you would never ever regret.
Edit: went up the thread a bit, both the colors and lights were a lot better in all the wip shots, so my opinion is the big culprit is the photo-op. Hope this helps
