Wow, nice stuff! You could also make quick mushrooms out of some of those pebbles. Make rolls of some for stems, flatten blobs for the caps and then attach the two and add gills underneath with a pin :)

I think it will look like material once its painted. Hope the difference between the lightness of the flowing cape and the folds of the hood are not too much. I wanted a bit of weight in the hood.

Awesome stuff all over! I do not think a 'holy man'/victim will be too much. Use posture and colors to tune it down, and you should be fine.

That looks just like your images. Nicely done. Do you use the template to shape the GS before you put it on the mini?

Yes just like you make a patten when sewing.
I made a few until I got one I liked, trimmed it down till I thought it looked about right.
Make it a tad smaller than you want as the gs will stretch. Use a little bit of cooking oil to ensure your GS does not sick to the bench or tools or paper. Lay the paper patten over the GS while it is on the bench and cut it out, then put it on the mini and press the areas down you know are good. Then sculpt your folds. Once you have your basic shape and folds wait 10 or so mins for it to harden then refine them.
