Yeah it was nice to get finalist. Keeping the momentum going with this squad is hard but I'm going to soldier on until it's done so onto the next.

A bit more done I'm enjoying doing the pointy helmet at least something a bit different this time around. Still got to glaze on the dark shadows on the gold and do a bit of blue and purple on the steel. But it's starting to get there.

Andy , both colours look amazing . It almost looks like you painted on a base coat of silver metallic then your colour , it is such a nice subtle metallic effect . I'm going to try to emulate this . Thanks for the updates.

sorry to have to make some pointers mate, i see mouldlines on the chainsword, all way down. also on the fron of the bolter but i might be tricked by the photos.
i suggest you sort it out!

another great painted space marine anyway!

ah yeah :) you should take it nice and easy when cleaning miniatures, you know, most judges will X your work asap if they spot a mouldline.

Andy I almost feel sorry for you now :) I also tend to make the same mistake you have done.

Keep the spirit up even thou you received a quadruple face palm, I have heard that you can only get stronger by this ;)
