sure zombies count,.. and gorillas count,... but the deadline is still the 31st, so hurry up and get started. And if you guys are entering, please add your names to the list. And as for battling for 3rd place,.. nah,.. I'm shooting for 1st. I plan to beat both tenball and andyG (with a flaming stick if necessary :laugh
Honestly though,.. I'd be stoked to simply make it to round 2. I've never gotten past round one of a competition, much less ever won one.

Tempting, to be sure. But I'm not only looking at a July 31 deadline, I also have GenCon to take into consideration - I haven't even started on anything for it.
And the above mentioned monsters are Bones, so not likely GenCon fodder.

Artemis - already painted unfortunately.
Malifaux - I do have some Nephilim...do they count?
No SDE, but I do have some Sedition Wars Strain and most of the Bombshell babes (along with the werewolf and the other monster from the KS).
Lots of Bones options too, I suppose. Even a Beholder.

Great paint job so far Ten Ball! Yet another miniature that I can't paint because someone else already does a great paintjob. Maybe you already posted it, but could you tell the company that produces this centaur?

Almost 100% sure that they are talking about reaper "bones" miniatures. They are special miniatures made from a white "rubber" material.Okay, enlighten the newbie. Bones models? A new company?

Aye - and while it's not going to hold up to resin or even better cast plastics or metals, it's a great product for it's intended target. No regrets on that KS pledge.
