When entering a model/s into GD does the base have to be made by the painter. E.g. could i enter a model with a GroundForge base or would i have to make the base myself. And.....are the 30mm round edge bases allowed. The type you get with Warmachine and Wryd mini\'s (to name a few)

Iv just got some W&N brush soap and i want to clean up my older brushes, do i wet the brush and draw it over the soap? Or rub the soap onto the bristles or what? Its not the liqud version but a solid block.
